I downloaded zorin os pro 17.3 and put it on 2 usbs one usb c and one a through balenatcher
I booted the system with the usb (safe graphics) and it booted fine everything was looking great
I installed zorin erasing windows 11 in the process big mistake
Zorin won’t boot just a black screen
I tried the nomodeset it booted into the loading screen then it goes black again
I disabled fast boot I disabled secure boot my system is running on pure uefi i can’t change it to legacy i don’t think it’s supported
I tried resetting the bios it didn’t work
I booted from the usb tried boot repair told me to put in a couple of commands i did and tested boot repair again the nvram is still locked mind you i tried both usbs both ports so the problem is not in the usbs
My bios firmware is up to date
My hardware specs are an rtx 4050 gpu and amd ryzen 9 ai 370hx cpu asus proart px13 laptop
When you still have the USB Stick with Zorin on it, start it and choose the Try Zorin Mode. Search there for Boot repair and let it run.
Because You have reset Your BIOS, I would recomment to check that Secure Boot and Fast Boot still disabled. After a BIOS reset, it can be that there are enabled again. Look if TPM is disabled, too.
That could be a Point, too. If You can use a Windows PC, try Rufus instead and choose on the Option ''Partition Sheme'' GPT for Your UEFI BIOS.
That is a pretty new CPU which could be a Thing, too. You could try the Zorin 18 Beta with a newer Kernel.
