My os not boot

Was this right after a fresh install of Zorin OS? Did you make sure you had SECURE BOOT disabled in your computer's BIOS? Did you double check the checksum hash on the downloaded Zorin ISO before you burned it to your flash drive? And did it PASS checks?

Also, which program did you use to burn the ISO to the flash drive you used to install Zorin OS? I hope it wasn't Balena Etcher!

If this is a modern machine, (3-years or less) as well as making sure SECURE BOOT is disabled, did you also turn off TPM?

Currently, your screen says that you are in a terminal with no GUI loaded. That is a possible sign of a corrupted ISO install, or you have SECURE BOOT and or TPM enabled. So there are some things to check for you.
