The wlan is hard blocked. Do you have tried to press the button to enable/disable wlan (no.6 in the image)
It can also help to disable secure boot and fast boot in your BIOS and - if Windows is still installed -, also to disable fast startup in Windows.
As it is an older hardware, maybe you need an older kernel than the one in Zorin 18. Do you have tested distributions with kernel 6.8 or older?
In Zorin 18, you can install kernel 6.8 and boot from it as shown in that post:
