My ROG zephyrus G14 is working on Zorin 16 core-edition. Everything is okay until it reboots. It's been stuck at "Waiting for process: NetworkManager" for 30 mins.
Looks like Network Manager has hung your shutdown. I guess you will have to do a force shutdown with the PC's power button.
Do another boot then once everything is up and running, try another "restart" and see if shutdown/startup is better.
