I have just tested this using Vivaldi (I do not have FF) built on Chrome. On that test page, everything scrolled properly and functioned normally.
The only thing I can think of that is possible for an OS to interfere may be Java.
You might check your java installation. Bit of a long shot…

Thank you for your reply. It has been solved with the help of zorinos team. It is caused by the video card driver. Restart the computer after installing NVIDIA graphics drivers.
