The Mediatek 7902 card is not supported in Linux, only in Windows.

You can take a look at this thread, there is a link to some experimental drivers.

That is the needed information. The 7902 card... is notorious. It is a Windows Only card (per the manufacturer). This means you cannot have Secure Boot enabled in your EFI settings as it will block any driver you install for your NIC Here is a link to a guide on installing experimental drivers: Be aware that you may see instability in BlueTooth or using 5GHz. What most users do to resolve this is use an inexpensive WiFi dongle or replace the NIC.

But as you already have a usb wlan dongle, probably the best is to use the dongle.
