Oh, NO, something went wrong--Log Out Prompt

Hello: I am visually impaired and am usign Zorin OS on my computer instead of Windows 11 because of the new phillosophy and constant AI and bloat that Windows keeps throwing at me, so i have decided to switch things around, sacrificing a lot to do so.

In this instance, I have ran into the black screen of Oh, No, something went wrong when I use Orca screen Reader on Zorin OS when it is disabled or enabled. Sometimes when coming out of suspend mode, it will re-appear. I do not know anythng about root privilidges nor am I capable of writing in an environment where no accessibility is present, so I have tried my best to steer clear of this.

Need help resolving the Oh, No, Somthign has gone wrong for my
Dell Inspiron 3880 computer. I have an NVIDIA card GT1030, but I have switched over to the Intel integrated graphics card as I was told that Intel is more stable with Zorin OS than NVIDIA, thinking it was the video card that i have in my system. Should I switch to a different video card like AMD, get a newer computer, or what would be best to fix / resolve the Oh, No, something has gone wrong issue and beign forced to log off? I have done the start menu and typed log off to get to that point to log me out whenever this mesage has appeared. as I am uncertain of what else to do at this point. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sorry this is so long.

Hello.

There's an app call log on Zorin you might want to check it for errors. Nvidia cards can be a pain, but try first and switch display protocols in Zorin to see if it helps. Log out, click your username. A cog should appear, click it and choose anything but Wayland. See if it helps.
Then open the terminal and post the output of these commands;

sudo apt install inxi

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? Do You have any Nvidia Drivers for Your Nvidia Card installed - even when You might not use it? You can check that on the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates.
