Hi,
Yesterday I spent some time to adjust and modify layout taskbar etc.
But when I changed to other, everything went to normal ( default).
I was like aaa..
Is there option or some way to keep them customized ?

afraid it's not possible. I encourage you to suggest it on our feedback forum for wishlist. It's a feature I also like to see.

I think its not available but you can use third party tool to use as custom template
