I am trying to move away from Windows to Zorin. All works well so far, except one. I am in South Korea and using CJ Logistic for business shipping. They are using website for registering and printing shipping labels. All is good in Windows, but in Zorin there are problems. After logging, website ask to install program, in windows it is FORCS OZ Web Launcher. In Zorin, is asking me to install program (OnLine_Install_Dialog_UI_SSL.exe). Tried to install it, using Wine, but installation hanged. Tried installing Chrome using Wine, but is no go, website won't open. Anyone has an idea, if this is solvable? Company is murky about it, says, they don't know if web will work with linux, but is not a definetely yes or no answer. Appreciate any pointers
The Chrome Browser has a native Linux Version. You can simply download it and install from here:
Click on the Download-Button:
And in the opening Window choose the .deb File.
When downloaded make a Double-Click on it. Gnome Software will open; don't be surprised by that. It serves as Interface to install the .deb File.
Alternatively to that, You could install a little Tool called Gdebi. It is a graphical Tool for installing .deb files. You can find it in Gnome Software or You can install it with the Terminal Command sudo apt install gdebi
And the last Option would be to use the Terminal for installing the .deb File.
Appreciate the help. I have Linux Chrome installed. Problem is, website works fine in Chrome run on Windows. In Linux, using Chrome, I have to install the program (OnLine_Install_Dialog_UI_SSL.exe), this app is installing fine in Windows, but in Linux, the installation, using Wine is hanging up. I need to either install this app, using Wine, or run Chrome in Windows VM, which is hard, as my drive is very small
hola Callboy puedes entrar en google y escribir KIMI AI y registrate con cuenta de google y describe tu problema lo que pusiste aqui par ano esperar dicha repuesta por otros KIM te ofrece una solucion eso si dile asi despues de describir tu problema dile que te de el primer comando y espere que le contestes y pegar el resultado de tu terminal asi KIM sabra lo que tiene que hacer y te ayudara con tu problema suerte con eso..
