Overall, after reading through this, whilst there are links to the projects he mentions and various talks and events, many of the things have been interpreted by implication. For example, he never explicitly mentions what benefit it would give RedHat or the companies they work with if the /etc directory were to disappear, nor does he ever link any evidence to that.
I don't wanna continue on with the topic, as this isn't necessarily the right place to discuss it (the → Zorin OS ← forums), but don't misinterpret that as a lack of interest.
