Partition that can be usable in both zorin and window os

Hello, is there a way to have a partition that can have access through both windows and zorin. I mean a partition where I can access files whether I'm using window or zorin os.

I use dual boot. In Windows I use a program called "ext2fsd". It's easy to install and let's u mount the ext2/3/4 partition which can serve as read-only.

And in Zorin is easy to reach the ntfs partition.

Create a partition, whatever size you wanted, and format it as ntfs. Windows shouldn't take ownership. If it does, claim ownership by properties, security tab, take ownership.

My whole window is based on ntfs partition.
