Problem with Nvidia drivers after update

I found the solution for this, didn't realize there was already an open post regarding the same issue. You can check it out if you want to get everything working on latest kernel.

NVIDIA drivers broke during/after update

Hello, did an update a bit ago (which seemed to take unusually long), afterwards, my NVIDIA drivers seem to be broken. There was a return error.... dpkg: error processing package linux-modules-nvidia-590-generic-hwe-24.04 it listed a couple things but it's not showing now after attempting to switch to the X.org driver (which seemed to work ok), then switching back to the NVIDIA driver (595).
