I attempted upgrading the "Linux1" tower here from 17.3 Education to 18 education. It would not after checking and wanted me to repair a repository. I did several sudo commands after Grok gave me some pointers. These are the errors that arose under the "W". I am at a loss to know what to do to fix these?
W: Target DEP-11 (multiverse/dep11/Components-amd64.yml) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list:26 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/archive_uri-http_archive_ubuntu_com_ubuntu_-jammy.list:4

You can check if you have duplicate entries at software sources (with app Software&Updates or by checking the files /etc/apt/sources.list.d and /etc/apt/sources.list) and disable or remove the duplicates.
Here is shown how you can do that by editing the file:
I ran the terminal commands as above, and then the sudo apt update. The W errors are gone, but on re-instigating the upgrade to Zorin 18 Education, another error was produced, as below:

I should add too that this tower when doing normal software updates always stops and says "unable - check your internet connection". I always am cabled with cat5e, internet is not dropped. When I click OK to the message, it goes, and the software update appears and I can execute? Weird huh?
I deleted those and restarted the Upgrade Zorin OS Tool. Some other error occurred, which if it happens again I will copy/paste. I cannot delete the current Upgrader as it does not allow it in software. I cannot see option to get the version to compare to 13.9 suggested?
I have done the above, and here is what happened afterwards with the upgrader:
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
Did the above.
Restarted the Upgrader. Result copied to the below:

As above, it completed with no problems. Then I tried the Upgrader once more, with that result. I could run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade once again and copy/paste that result if that is what is needed?

Try to remove this repo Hit:1 AARNet Mirror jammy-updates InRelease and this Hit:8 Index of /gerardpuig/ppa/ubuntu jammy InReleasereboot and relaunch the upgrade
for Hit:8 Index of /gerardpuig/ppa/ubuntu jammy InRelease I'm sure because I had problem with my upgrade
You will be able to add them after the upgrade
I looked in settings of the software updater, and " Get:1 AARNet Mirror jammy-updates/main amd64 intel-microcode amd64" are not visible there, or the Hit 8?
I must have to search somewhere other? I will ask Grok Ai in the meantime.
I did that plus removed - uninstalled "Ubuntu Cleaner" which is no longer supported. Refreshed update after cleaning with Bleachbit. here is copied result:

Grok is incorrect.
The repository contains a Noble Release file. If it was no longer supported, it simply would not contain one.
The reason Grok A.I. might have claimed that: The application does not get many updates (Because it is stable and does not need many), so some assume it is no longer maintained. This assumption is prevalent on the web - which is part of LLM data pool.
It is one of several reasons A.I. output is unreliable.
A person that knows - answers the question.
A.I. pools all answers, and picks the one that is the most popular.
A while back, testing A.I. output, I idly mentioned the loss of Ozzy Osbourne.
The A.I. responded, but included a correction stating Ozzy was alive. This output was because the many comments about him being alive, statistically outweighed the comments on his death.
