Requesting help with glitchy windows (extension-related)

First, go here: CLICK HERE. This leads to a Reddit post that has a GIF that shows exactly what the problem is for me with minimizing and raising windows while in X11. Same thing. Now, recently I saw a post somewhere suggesting that another user try switching on the "Magic Lamp" extension.

I tried it for myself, and BOOM, the windows could minimize and be raised without any glitchy behavior whatsoever. I was dumbstruck. The "magic lamp" effect worked perfectly. No flickering, no nothing. Now, my question is, are there any other extensions that control how windows are minimized and raised, and gets rid of the flickering window animations that happen by default?

Unfortunately, I don't know if it helps to fix the problems with minimizing. That is also an extension for special effects by closing windows:

Edit: I watched a video about it and there was said it is not for minimizing windows, only for opening and closing. I don't know if this is still so.
