Dbl checking for best program to wipe/rewrite installation stick for 18 core. Previously had 17 on the stick, which worked fine when I did a trial, but then other priorities came up & I didn't get it installed before 18 was available. I used Balena previously, but I've been told it has some issues? Need to know the best current option, please - thanks very much
When Etcher works for You, You can use it of Course. I personally had prefered Rufus in the Past because of it's Options and it doesn't write-protect my USB Sticks. So, I would recommend Rufus when You still have a Windows Machine.
