I Like this OS but whenever i try to add VPN profile through settings window freezes idk why but after killing the task it does not end. but after rebooting the same issue faced.

I searched this issue and it appears to be a Gnome Shell bug.

Can you run it from terminal
gnome-control-center
And then watch for errors being reported in terminal while trying to add the VPN profile and see if it reports anything?
You also might check your ~.xsession-errors log
