Shutdown delay issues with Plex installed

I have encountered problems in turning off the computer with Plex installed, 20/30 sec ..
Once uninstalled, the computer turns off in 3 seconds.
I had to uninstall the application.
Anyone know a good alternative to PlexMediaServer?
