Skrooge software from KDE fails to open due to a fatal error with incompatible libraries. Anybody got any ideas on this one? I would try their appimage but the link to download it is broken.

What version of Zorin are you on, 17? And how did you install this in the first place? Just getting an idea before getting further. If on 17, it may just be because the latest version available on 17 is as it shows, .15 vs .17. I would wager 18 would have the higher version as that's 24.04 based vs 22.04.
That being said, it looks like they offer a Flatpak version of the software as well. I'm not a huge fan of flatpaks if avoidable, but I also tried the appimage link like you, and it's indeed down. Might be worth reaching out to them and letting them know, it's always possible no one knows that it's not working.

Im on Zorin OS 17.3 Pro, fully up to date. I suspect an update caused the issue but I can't confirm that. It's been 3 or 4 weeks since I've used the software. It was working fine then and a major update happened since. I've installed with Zorin's package manager and with terminal commands which was the flatpak version and I believe Zorin manager uses the flatpak version as well. I didn't know there was another version. I posted on their forum but I will send a message to the devs as well.
I see Zorin 18 is in beta now. I might try that later this evening.
