I’m looking for the function that allows renaming files and folders using a slow double-click. I use this frequently. Using the F2 key is not such a good option for me. Is there a way to activate it? I cant find an option in the file manager like in Debian 13.

yes, Cinnamon file manager (nemo) and Gnome file manager (nautilus), 2 different program, so yes nemo have this option and no nautilus doesn't have it, but you can install nemo on zorin

no, there is none
it's just a file manager, not a nuclear bomb, many users in here use nemo on Zorin without any problem
I asked, because the Rest of the default file manager looks better than Nemo 
Looks better in what way? It would be using the same theme.
If by "looks better" you mean hide all your tools and menu options, you can do all that in your Nemo Preferences and make it look pretty much just as Ugly as Nautilus is by default: A reminder that users have no business being in control of their features, functionality and tools.
It’s only tiny details that create a more pleasant impression. For example, the consistent color scheme between the window frame and the content of the top-level and file views, as well as the sidebar. I tried to adjust this using “~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css,” but I wasn’t able to get it right. Additionally, the sidebar view feels more comfortable, for instance due to the larger spacing between the entries and the character spacing too.
That might sound nitpicky, but I pay attention to that kind of detail.
I you want to tweak a little nautilus it's there ~/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.cssand nemo ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
Find on the web tutorials, take a look at some theme, and use GTK Inspector to find keys to tweak
This is true. Yes, some of what you say is a bit nitpicky and I bet I could help you with the coloration - but the sidebar is hardcoded in Nemo and the only way to change that is to change the source code and recompile it.
It has been an annoyance to me too.
