Unfortunately, it sounds like Firefox has been replaced by the Snap version on your system (this sometimes happens unintentionally because Ubuntu pushes its Snap packages).
If you're not happy with this, or if Firefox no longer works the way it used to, you can check whether Firefox is installed as a Snap using
snap list
You get a list with all snap packages.

Today when I look in software centre it looks like the installed Firefox is a snap. I don't remember installing a snap of FireFox I'm pretty sure it was zorin repo version.
Anyone else having a similar problem.
Also can't get web app to work with this version keeps telling me the following.
[Web app warning]
I don't think it's profile problem!
It's happening frequently, when updating (apt update & upgrade), terminal says 1 downgreaded which is firefox. Then somehow it switches to snap and I start seeing the big delay in app opening time. I keep important tabs, groups & sessions opened and every time this happens, i loose the session.
Here are some data about firefox, even though IDK how much it helps..:
fahim@zorinOS:~$ which firefox
/usr/bin/firefox
fahim@zorinOS:~$ snap list
