I turned on my computer today and tried to run Steam, but it wouldn't load. This is the first time this has happened. I've been using Zorin since January of this year. I restarted my PC and Steam started loading again. What could have happened? And what can I do?
How is Steam installed? By .deb or flatpak?
Try launch it via the terminal;
Flatpak;
flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam
or if it's .deb file
steam
I installed it via sudo apt. Is it correct to say that it was installed using the debian repository?

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? And only to understand it right: Do You have Steam set up as Autostart and it doesn't start or do You mean start it normally with click on the Icon?
I installed that GNOME extension that lets you press a key and type the program. I opened Steam that way. I restarted my PC and it started working again. It's a mystery...

I installed Rudra on GNOME. It's something similar to Spotlight on macOS.
Not using autostart.
So, You have actually installed AMD Drivers? Or You use simply that what is in the Kernel?
And when You disable it and then start Steam?
I'm using the drivers that came with the Zorin installation. I haven't changed anything! The only things I did were install Steam using sudo apt and Mangohud.
