Leaving steam on the background or sometimes just opening Steam it logs me out from desktop. Other than that Steam and games works just fine.

Is Steam installed as Flatpak or .deb?

Is it just the steam launcher? I've been running Zorin OS Pro for 3 months now with steam installed. I've kept system up and running this entire time minus any update reboots. I've not had any issues with it nor leaving a steam game running in background or foreground and over night.
Might want to check steam logs. A glitch with Steam launcher?
It's deb from steam website.
It hasn't happened for a while now. Maybe some update fixed it?
