So, sometimes it can be wake up... I see a blank screen... Only pushing the restart button on my case solves this problem

This is a common Ubuntu and Ubuntu-derivative complaint. Often times, a person will suddenly start experiencing this after a kernel update.
Like a snake swallowing its own tail... It seems like Ubuntu has been unable to get a handle on the "blank screen upon wake" issue for many years; with it rearing its head over and over again.
i have too a strange behaviour when I wake up...i'm lazy hehe
Have you disabled power management yet?

T
to enter terminal.
xset -dpms
