Stuck on login screen after hibernation

when i suspend the system and it locks it, i had this problem:

first login screen works normally, but when i unlock it appears another login screen and at this one i can't type, my cursor works normally, my keyboard also works cause if i press the caps key the system recognize it showing the "caps lock warning", the only way that i knew to get out of this screen was to cut the energy by holding the power button.

I already disabled the lock screen so this would not happen again, but in that way my system is open to anyone that just open the shell.

I would like to know if there is a way to fix that bug, i tried to reinstal the lightdm by sudo command but dosen't fix.

If this is a notebook computer, try disabling lid switch handling:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-power-manager -p /xfce4-power-manager/logind-handle-lid-switch -s false
