yes! Now I am even more confused. also runs on Zorin using Gnome Desktop on X11 (Xorg) #4 - just tested - works on all 3 Zorin but not on XCFE.
So it is not a good test!
Your options are now open. 
Should I delete the Zorin Wayland option - just stick to Zorin as it comes and with XCFE for the Thunar option, and drop down to three?
I do not see the need to... It is your choice.
But it is just a listed entry in the options. Removing the duplicates is fine, but removing an option you may want to check out later is not the same as removing a duplicate entry.
That file is tiny in size. If size is your concern, you would need to remove the entire Wayland DM.
