My NB when startup with Zorin OS 6.17 report this screen :
When use advance option and select Zorin os Generic 6.14 start normalize !!!
any other have this problem and solve it ??
Many problems are reported since there was an update to kernel 6.17.
The best is to stay at kernel 6.14 for a while and switch later to kernel 6.17 when the problems will have been solved.

The Kernel is unfortunately know to make Issues. When the 6.14 Kernel works for You, you should stay on it for now. And use it as Default with the Instructions that @Forpli posted.
Alternatively, You could try it with a newer Kernel. But when the 6.14 Kernel works, it would be easier to just stay with it for now.
I tried to solve it by following the first answer, but on my PC, following this path, I have "/etc/default/grub" but I can't find "grub" but only "grub.d" and it's empty in File Explorer???!!!
It looks like a Zorin OS upgrade failure error.

It is a file. Enter the command which was shown in the guide - or, if you use the file manager to go to the file, scroll down until the files are shown. Often first are shown all folders from A to Z, then all files from A to Z.
To work on this File, type in the Terminal:
sudo nano /etc/default/grub
