Welcome to the Forum!

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in windows disabled?

What Graphics Card do You have? If Nvidia: What Driver do You use? Is Brave installed as APT Package or Flatpak? Did You tried it with disabled Hardware Acceleration in Brave? Did You tried other Browsers to check if there is the same Issue?

windows stilll installed no fast startup is not enabled , i have msi rtx 3070 gaming trio i use "NVIDIA driver (open kernel) metapackage from nvidia-driver-595-open (proprietary, tested)" and brave is installed as APT and it works fine without Hardware Acceleration and i havn't tried any other browser

So, it works with disabled Hardware Acceleration, yes? Then let it disabled.

OK ! i am just reporting a problem ! i just feel like it is too much on CPU to do all the work for the first time i see those temperature readings and loud fan noise when i am just using the browser !

Then enable the Hardware Acceleration again to check if it lowers down. Also: Try a different Browser to check if it behaves different and have a Comparison.
