The integrated screen shot tool does not show on task bar

How to get the integrated screen shot tool on the task bar.

Is it not there?

Corrected minor typo in title and moved from "Customisation" to "General Help" section.

@Dave3 can you please edit your forum profile to indicate which edition of ZorinOS you are using (e.g. Pro, Core, Lite, Education). That info will indicate which DE you have and help us help you.

It is not intended to be in the Taskbar. When You click on the Quick Settings, you have a Shortcut:

But on tha Taskbar, You can't have that. The tool is also not simply as an installed Program; it is built-in the Desktop itself. So, You don't find it in the Software List. When You press the Prnt-Button it gets activated.

When You would start a Screenrecording, You would get an active Indicator for that. But that's it.

When You want a permanent Indicator, You would have to look for a different Screenshot Tool like Flameshot for Example.

An alternative screenshot tool which you can add to the taskbar with an own icon, is gnome-screenshot. You can install it witb

sudo apt install gnome-screenshot

I can't even find my profile again. But I am using Zorin OS 18 core.

Never mind. I can take a screen shot using the screen print key as advised.

The print screen key works just fine for screen shots.

Yes the prnt screen key works just fine thanks.

I will use the print screen key on my keyboard. Thanks.
