The screen flickers and shuts down at certain mouse cursor positions

I tested with multiple kernels: 6.8.0-52, 6.8.0-50, 6.8.0-40. The problem occurred with all of them.

Have you tried 6.11 or up kernels?
That is what Fedora is using...
