On Windows and Mac, it feels free-(dom) to use any video stream on any resolution - but on GNU/Linux, even with non-free codes, there is a new unsolvable DRM issue like Netflix, Rakuten TV videos, etc - After the user buys a liked comedy or documentary film in SD/HD/UHD - stack it on smillar screen that screen:
Strange. I don't have that issue with Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Plus.

I don't think I've ever gotten a message in Polish.
I'm not seeing this on Amazon Prime, Crunchyroll, or HIDIVE. I wonder if the restriction is regional, or if it applies to certain licenses only. By which I mean the license the streaming service has to show the content, not your license to consume it. I could believe a studio might license while insisting on blocking Linux.

Are You sure that you have installed all Codecs? You can install codecs in Gnome Software. Open it, scroll down and click on the Codecs Button. then You get an Overview with installable Codec Packages. Install them all.
Over the Terminal, You can install additional Codec Support with:
sudo apt install vlc ffmpeg ubuntu-restricted-extras
For better Understanding: Could You say what the Text in the Picture says?
"Please note that you cannot play videos on GNU/Linux, but you can watch content on other compatible devices."
And from which Service is that now?
Like the others wrote: I didn't got something like this. I use Amazon Prime and Crunchyroll. Oh, and YouTube.
I was watching Netflix for the first time on PCLOS Debian last night using zen browser. Unusually it did not ask for my password but sent a PIN to my email address instead. Once I entered the PIN I could access Netflix without any issue.
It's common for all GNU/Linux - Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, Zorin OS, etc.
The issue is with DRM for some video resulotion SD, but mostly 4K or HD. This DRM issue is depend of stereaming platform - I, chat it/google it, it's something with the security levels of DRM...
if you have synaptic installed please search for libdvd-pkg
it will install libdvdcss which is required for playing DVD's

I'm curious why people are watching streaming services on their computers. Even when I watch in the office I switch the monitor to the Roku to do so.
Nevertheless, I see that said face does who buy Zorin OS PRO... There needs to be an open source consortium inside/from the Linux Foundation called WiderView that brings the gap of modern DRM certification for Linux OS or a web platform based on extended Widevine - paradox that stronger DRM on Linux... makes freedom of use GNU/Linux / GNU/Linux - Web platforms.
The message says that DRM HD/UHD rent/buy video does not play on GNU/Linux....

This is issue that if you choice GNU/Linux... your stack... and switch to Mac/Windows ( that already someone use before install GNU/Linux...) So basically we back to position when someone said... on Linux you can't play video stream on HD or UHD - and argue will be valid again... after MS silverlight back then...
Can you check if UHD/4K videos work? on PCLOS ? with Netflix?
Can you check if UHD/4K DRM work on it on GNU/Linux - and on which browser ?
On screen is about DRM playback won't work on GNU/Linux HD/UHD.
I don't have UHD/4K monitor, but had no issues viewing Netflix last night on Q4OS Plasma running on zen browser, fork of Firefox.
