Is there a way to choose a contact when i m about to write an email? I have imported all my contacts from gmail and i can see them in Thunderbird as contact cards. I want to be able to click on "contacts" to choose somebody from my adressbook when i click "New email" etc.
When you start typing an email address or name the email will come up in Thunderbird. This is the same action that Outlook, and Evolution do.
If you're in the contacts section, all you need to do is click on the email for that particular contact and a new email box will open.

Thanks. I thought it would be a button named "Contacts" when i was about to write a new email.
