Total input freeze but music plays normally in the background

Maybe I missed it on this thread, but have you switched from Wayland to Xorg?

That music still plays shows that the Kernel is Still Active. THis means that it is not crashing, you are getting an input stack or a graphics stack wedge.
Intel HD Graphics 530 is stable on X11 (Xorg), but Wayland support (especially under load) is still problematic and weakly supported.

Your ACPI errors are usually harmless; these deal with the kernel not recognizing some entries in Windows OS only ACPI tables. Still, I recommend upgrading your BIOS Firmware if an Update is available.
Using Hibernate frequently can create instability with USB I/O, GPU and ACPI; which you are showing and your kernel is awake and active.
So, I would test using Hibernate Disabled for a bit to see if the I/O freezing stops if upgrading the BIOS firmware does not help.
For USB I/O, you might try the grub parameter usbcore.autosuspend=-1
