Touchscreen doesn't work with windows that have custom title bars

That shouldn't be neccessary. When You use the .deb Version, it should use automatically the chosen System Theme. What for a Theme do You use?

I don't think it's something about the theme, it's about the window manager. For example if I want brave to work correctly with touch, I need to go to settings and "Enable System bar and borders" because the apps has it's own bar and borders that don't work correctly in touch screens.

It used to work in previous versions, and in the forum of the program they already addressed that they would solve this mistake. But anyway, thank you very much for your help, this forum is great.

This is interesting. It never occurred to me that CSD's would be touchscreen incompatible.
