Just to clarify, are you referring to a hardware wallet? And could you specify the make and model?

Their support page shows how to install support for it under Linux operating systems. Apparently there's a few extra tweaking needed for Linux to recognize their devices:

Keep in mind while following this page that there are separate instructions depending on the version of Ubuntu that you have installed. Since Zorin OS is based on Ubuntu, you'll have to follow the appropriate version:
Zorin OS 17 → Ubuntu 22.04
Zorin OS 18 → Ubuntu 24.04
If you follow the "Using the graphical user interface" method, the instructions should work for either version since it's titled for Ubuntu 22.04 or later. It looks a bit tricky, but read them carefully and follow the steps slowly. If you find any errors, please post them here.

That worked perfect. I got Ledger Live installed and working. I had previously install a version from software section but it never worked. My problem now that version of Ledger Live is not listed to uninstall. Any help appreciated. Thanks
Do you recall what it was called, roughly? I'm not finding any results with "Ledger Live", "Ledger", etc. The closest one I could find is something called "Umami Wallet".
Just in case you're referring to the downloaded file as per the instructions from the support page — the one called "ledger-live-desktop-2.131.1-linux-x86_64.AppImage" — that is to be expected.
AppImage files are akin to portable executables in Windows, which don't need to be installed in the system to run. All the libraries and dependencies are already packed in there, and you can just launch them directly.
This is nice but also has the downside that package managers aren't aware they are even there, so they can't uninstall it for you.
I almost positive it came up in the app store. The icon is Ledjer instead of Ledger. But I click on it and it looks like the older Ledger Live into screen.

Did you follow any other instructions online to install this other version, or was it already available in the software store?
If you right-click on that app launcher → App Details, it should show some information or take you to the software store. If it does, can you take a screenshot of that?

Yes I installed latest Ledger live app and works great. I can not locate the old Ledger live app, which the icon says Ledjer anywhere. I Loaded Appimage program and it only finds new Ledger Live. Tried manual instructions and nothing there.
