Hi everyone.
I am new to Zorin OS just got it installed. Now I was trying to switch to german language.
When opening settings - language support - I get an info "Language support is not installed completly". Then I click install.
Next I get a message: "Failed to download packages files".
Details are:

Are those files really missing on the server?
Could anyone please give me a hint about what to do.
Note that, according to that error message that you shared, the language packages that is fetching are for LibreOffice and for the English language. I would recommend to continue with "Remind Me Later" and install the German language for your system, and then see if things work as needed.
The error message itself may be an error on the server side. There really is not much you can do, at least not at first glance.

Do You mean the Window like seen on @zenzen's Picture? If yes, click on ''Details'' and look what Laguage Packs will be installed. I have a german System too and get this Window. But the Languages what would be installed are not german. So, look in the Details what Packages are listed there.
When You have Zorin installed, did You choose in the Installation Screen the german Language?
