Installed zorin os lite edition on my lenovo notebook, no wifi networks available, its a gaming laptop so doesn’t have room for wired internet connection, I’ve downloaded realtek drivers on another laptop and transferred via usb and tried to install manually but it tells me there’s no “make” command?

Does your system use either r8168 or rtl8812 drivers? If yes, those are already on Synaptic and that is the avenue I recommend. If no, where did you download these drivers? That site will also have installation instructions. If the site didn’t have instructions, can you tell us more details about your adapter (sudo lshw -c network).
