installed clamtk when installing OS15.3 and it says that it is installed. Try to run it and it calls for updates, try installing updates and program says complete , click on OK and program says downloading. Does this over and over and nothing ever happens, what am I missing?

Hi and welcome to the Forum. Which Zorin 15.3 version do you have, Core or Lite?
How did you install clamtk?
Can you post a screenshot to illustrate.
Can we also assume you have done a reboot at some point since installation?
Also can you check your software source is set to Main Server and not a country server.
