Just wanted to share that the update from 16.2 to 16.3 worked without any issues. To be honest, I wanted to update the 16.2 system before upgrading and then realized afterwards that I had already performed the upgrade. Very nice!

I did clean install of 16.3 , just to be sure. Enjoy
