Unable to get a lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock. It is held by process almost always means that another Software Manager is holding the package lock. Synaptic or Software Store or a terminal... Check if any were left open. Remember, when installing a package that installs to Root - the system must Lock in order to prevent cross-file corruption and for security.
