Yes, it should be possible as WireGuard is already very supported everywhere. Unfortunately I don't know much about this (yet) but there are a couple of threads talking about this with a few suggestions:

Setup and manage Wireguard VPN

You need to install a gnome extension and the application that supports the type of tunneling you want.

Don't forget all the VPN options you've got already:
Zorin menu > System Tools > Software

Go to Installed tab at top, then scroll to and select Settings. Scroll to the bottom to see:
