How do i fix these shadow like glitch on the edge of an app when dragging
Is that a Zorin Theme or a Third-Party Theme? If the last one: Is it for xfce?

Yes, please provide any modifications or changes you made, which system theme you are using and how you installed XFCE4.
I recommend against using sudo apt install xfce4 and instead recommend using
sudo apt install zorin-os-lite-desktop
Or
sudo apt install xubuntu-desktop
due to the first command being exceptionally minimal and excluding a lot of packages. It is for installing the base bare desktop skeleton.

Its a third party theme, And nope it wasnt for xfce instead its for gnome.
I installed the theme when i was still using Gnome and when i migrate to Xfce the theme remained so i didn't think much of it.
The theme im using is available for both Gnome and Xfce, when i get home ill install the Xfce one and see if the glitch still remains

I installed using sudo apt install zorin-os-lite-desktop

So after I installed the theme for the Xfce version it still remained. Although i solved by using another theme
