The Zorin comparing chart says ultimate has The best business & media apps what does that mean?

Oh thank you so much! For me this just seems like unnecessary things that hog up storage could people not download some of these apps them selfs?

Yes. You can install them yourself on Core/Lite. In Ultimate they’re pre-installed to preclude any problems.
Buying Ultimate also buys you support and in turn you’re supporting Zorin - I bought Ultimate for the latter reason.
