When update a Zorin I get this problems.
You can usually get rid of the Possible missing firmware error by moving the appropriate files to the /lib directory. There are many guides on how to on the web.
These will often resolve after a kernel update, so many people just ignore the warnings until an update.

Thank you for information. I tried also install vmtools but have some problems with installation.
