When printer is running, screen in browser is frozen

Using Zorin OS 18.1 Pro. Have discover last weeks that when printer is running, cant use browser. Same in Brave and Chrome.

Do you have dual boot ?
if no, does secure boot is disable from your BIOS ?
i f yes, disable fast boot in windows power management settings.
We will also see if you are on Xorg or Wayland, could you give me the output of

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

  • Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
  • If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled?
  • Did You tried it with disabled Hardware Acceleration in the Browsers?
  • Are the Browsers installed as Flatpak or .deb/APT Package?
  • Is The Printer connected via Cable or wireless?
