When screen locked, keep screen on

Hey guys,

I'm using Zorin for a while now on my laptop, and I haven't had any big problems so far. But when I lock my screen (windows key + L) I would like to keep my screen on. Now it just goes black instant. I tried multiply things, but I cant get it to work.

when I lock my screen:
On the charger:
keep the screen always on (maybe turn of after 20 or so)

On battery power:
Turn the screen off after 2 minutes

I already have set up automatic suspend the way I want:

As far as I know, this is not possible out of the box.
