When the system is switched on the wifi connect but then it disconnects and doesnt let me connect again.
I'm on zorin os 18 core
I have already switched the powersave to 2 from 3.
And disabled secure boot in bios.

Is Fast Boot in BIOS disabled, too? If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled? Could You post the Output of the Commands rfkill list and sudo lshw -C network please? Is Your System running in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
I'm not sure about fast boot. I'm just using zorin, no windows on my system.

I kep getting these errors as if th wifi networks password is wrong:
that says authentication required as a pop up and when I try to connect it fails.
Running sudo systemctl restart Networkmanager seems to temporarily fix the connection issue.
Dies out again after a while.
Its good that Secure Boot is disabled in the BIOS, hoping Fast Boot is disabled there as well. I also hope that you are logging onto Zorin OS, using Zorin OS Desktop AKA X11/Xorg. Do not login with Wayland.
Because of what you have told us, regarding your WIFI disconnecting, head over to your system settings in Zorin OS, click on POWER in the list, make sure to turn off the toggle for WIFI can be turned off to save power.
Wifi powersafing is turned off with this.
Maybe check your Dconf editor, the option might be buried deep in there. Just remember, Dconf is a lot like the Windows registry, so be careful what you change. I know for a fact there are power options in there.

If I remember correctly, when both ethernet and wifi are available, Zorin defaults to the Ethernet connection. Did you check in settings/wifi and the cog against your network to see that connect automatically was checked? And metered connection is not checked?

Perhaps the pop up that you think is asking for your wifi password is asking for your Zorin password. This happens when I first go into my browser because it thinks I may be going t access passwords the browser has saved.
