I am dual booting zorin and windows and while WiFi is functioning on windows, it doesn’t seem to work on zorin.
I have checked wlan is enabled in bios, disabled secure boot, updated software, but I can not seem to get the WiFi to work. I can confirm Bluetooth is working though.
Welcome to the Forum!
You could check the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there is a Driver offered.
Could You post the Output of the Commands sudo lshw -C network and rfkill list please?
Could you also make sure that in Windows that you have the "Fast Startup" option disabled? That can cause a lot of problems as well (even just for windows, frankly)
:~$ iwconfig
lo no wireless extensions.
enp59s0 no wireless extensions.

Last time i did rfkill list the wireless showed up and was also not soft blocked or hard blocked
You said you are dual booting with Windows, so a couple things come to mind.
(1) Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS
(2) Disable Fast Startup in Windows.
Windows is like a virus in of itself these days, it likes to retain control, which is what a virus does BTW. Unless you absolutely need Windows for work, or playing Anti-Cheat multiplayer games, I highly suggest running Linux only.
Hmm .. there is at least the Wireless Controller detected ... do you have in Your BIOS a Setting for enable/disable the Wifi controller? Please check that.
And are You on Zorin 17 or 18?
I disabled secure boot, and fast startup already. I am on zorin 18
