In Software & Updates on the "Updates" tab:
are "important" and "recommended" updates both checked to "On"?
If they are not, check them to on... then run sudo apt update
and then try installing zorin windows app support... again...
All of them are checked

Turning to the web, I found a post that may show the problem:

Should cause the package versions to match:
sudo apt update && sudo apt install zorin-windows-app-support
Does not work! I'm surprised. You said, that you have installed it successfully on the first attempt. Haven't you had any problems? And have you enabled i386 architecture? (Why i386? Maybe i586? My CPU is Core-i5)
In this case, the two are unrelated.
i363 refers to 32 bit architecture.
i686 is a form of hybrid between 32bit and 64bit and is essentially 32bit.
There is no such thing as i586. I like your train of thought, but in this case, that is not how that works.
64bit is x86-64 - as Intel changed the scheming to prevent confusion.

If it is essential you need Windows apps and you can't get Wine or other equivalent to work if you have a Windows disk you could install it as a virtual machine in Virtual Machine Manager. I have Windows 8.1 Pro as a VM inside of Devuan 4.0 using Virt-Manager as it is often abbreviated to, but you would I suspect need 8 Gb Machine available and allocate 4 Gb of that to the Windows VM.
Windows App support is wrapped wine.
I have read about architectures recently. I have mentioned i986 architecture too, and I am interested in why is it so. I will now test the Lite version. Maybe It will work

It looks like it was trying to remove Libc6 64bit, to me. And that would be very bad if that happened.
Of course, I have canceled it. I use Synaptic only for removing.
When it comes to people and computers, I never have any idea what they will do, next.

It's offering to install a bunch of stuff. Mostly 32 bit packages.

Are there plans by devs to fix zorin-windows-app-support? I have reinstalled my OS. But it doesn't help.
