The link is to a regular Download of Package; it is browser based, not windows or Linux based.
Maybe try using a different Browser like Firefox.

This is a known trouble-area - others have the same complaint. I need to do some reasearch and learning before I can begin troubleshooting it.
Zorin OS uses touchegg application.
I wish we did get points... 
I mean the window where zorin guides you through the basic features(when you complete the instalation)

as i mentioned, i run zorin os lite 15.3, but in this version there is not any button to activate fingerprint log-in
