X11 support after Ubuntu 22.04 update

I depend on using a color managed monitor for my photographic work. Currently using Zorin Core on a Lenovo Thinkpad, Intel/Nvidia hybrid graphics. No problem importing and assigning a custom ICC with the gnome color settings panel under x11.

With the release of Ubuntu 22.04, and their announced switch to Wayland (no color management support there) as a default, will X11 still be selectable at login?

I'v purchased ZorinPro, and would like to install it on my desktop, which uses an AMD GPU, replacing my Manjaro XFCE install. But if I lose my color management choices, I'm not going to be able to do this.

Thanks for any guidance you can give.

Zorin OS 16 is using X11 as default, though users can choose to log in to Wayland on Core.
